National Leaders Kenneth and Jolene Hodder of The Salvation Army USA visit Salt Lake City
National Leaders Kenneth and Jolene Hodder of The Salvation Army USA visited Salt Lake City, Utah on November 3, 2022. Commissioner Kenneth Hodder serves as the national commander of The Salvation Army USA and Commissioner Jolene Hodder serves as the national president of Women’s Ministries. They were in Salt Lake to participate as board members of the JustServe National Advisory Council of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
JustServe.org is a website where the volunteer needs of organizations may be posted and volunteers may search for places to serve in the community, providing opportunities to help those in need and enhance the quality of life in the community.
As part of their visit to Salt Lake City Commissioners Hodder led a volunteer group who organized toys and clothes for the Annual Angel Tree program providing Christmas gifts to over 2,200 children and 1,300 seniors citizens in Salt Lake City.
